Power Noodles
4 oz whole wheat spaghetti
2 skinless chicken breasts or boneless pork chops
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp water
1 can black beans
1 fresh tomato
1/2 small sweet onion
1 fresh lime
1 jalapeño
Season All to Taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Chop tomato, sweet onion, and jalapeños. Place chopped ingredients in a bowl and then add beans. Chop lime in half and set aside. Boil water and cook wheat pasta. Let noodles cook until tender; drain and set aside. Chop or cut chicken or pork and place in a pan with 1 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp water. Sprinkle meat with Season All or favorite seasoning and cook until meat is tender. Add chopped ingredients and noodles to pan. Squeeze limes so that juice goes over ingredients in the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste and then sauté for three to four minutes; stir occasionally.

Deviled “Diablo” Eggs
6 eggs
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Light Miracle Whip
Morton’s Hot Salt
Directions: Boil 6 eggs in large pan filled with water for about 10 to 12 minutes. Rinse with cold water, let stand and then peel. Cut each peeled egg in half and place the whites on serving tray and the yolks in a separate bowl. Mash up the yolks with a fork until they are finely crumbled. Mix in Dijon mustard and Light Miracle Whip. Scoop egg yolk mixture into each egg white half. Sprinkle Morton’s Hot Salt over eggs and serve.
Serving size = 1 whole egg (two halves)

1 can Ro Tel diced tomatoes with habaneros
2 fresh tomatoes
1 small sweet onion
½ bunch of cilantro
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 fresh limes
2 jalapeños
Morton Lite Salt to taste
Directions: Chop tomatoes, sweet onion, cilantro, and jalapeños. Place chopped ingredients in a bowl and then add beans, corn, Ro Tel, and minced garlic. Chop limes in half and squeeze so that juice goes into bowl. Mix all ingredients together and then add Morton’s Lite Salt to taste.

3 large tomatoes
½ white onion
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 Serrano pepper (optional)
1 jalapeño
2 limes
Salt to taste
Directions: Finely chop tomatoes, onion, cilantro, Serrano and jalapeño peppers. Place all chopped ingredients into a bowl and stir. Slice the two limes in half and squeeze the juice of the limes over the chopped vegetables. Sprinkle with salt (light salt preferred) to taste and stir.
