So you’re geared up for the new year and wanting to work towards all of your health and fitness goals. You may even have a fitness watch that tracks your heart rate but you’re not quite sure how to use it. This workshop is for you!

Maximize you training efficiency with heart rate training! Julia Karlstad will teach you what heart rate training is and how to do it. She will also offer guidance on how to find your heart rate zones. Heart rate training can help guide you onto the right path towards your goals by letting you know if you’re working too hard or taking it too easy!
