Individual Yoga & Mobility Training
JKFITNESS has a certified yoga instructor and other health & fitness professionals who are all passionate about yoga, mobility, meditation and mind/body wellness. We offer small group and individualized yoga sessions and we meet you where you are in your yoga practice; even if that means you’ve never tried yoga before. Yoga and mobility involves a combination of different methods to encourage pain free full range of motion of the joints so that your body can do exactly what it was intended to do; move freely. Individualized yoga sessions can offer targeted techniques to focus on your needs.
