14 Day Fat Flush

This is a 14 day training and nutrition (manipulation) program that’s moderately intense. You’re going to be held accountable and be pushed by passionate, experienced, and educated fitness professionals. For two weeks you’ll have to work hard BUT your results are going to come fast and will be significant so long as you follow the program! Some people will lose six to twelve pounds during these two weeks and may even lose a couple pant and dress sizes. We will take your weight and girth measurements on the first and fourteenth day of the program.


You may experience some soreness in your muscles. Nothing too bad, just some soreness to let you know that you had an awesome workout. You’ll be responsible for exercising on your own, as outlined in the program, and we highly encourage you to combine personal training with this weight loss nutrition program.

Julia Karlstad created the eating plan to incorporate all real foods and she even included a shopping list for your convenience. The program is actually simple in its brilliance. If you combine with personal training (which we HIGHLY recommend), you’ll come and workout with the JKFITNESS Personal Trainers each week and eat the foods that are outlined for the program. It’s simple actually — just read it and eat it and the results will come. The eating program that you are receiving will NOT be a starvation diet. We are totally against starvation diets. This is a nutrition plan with a decent amount of calories that has been crafted in a way to maximize fat loss. This also allows you to retain your lean muscle so that you can become toned!

You’ll receive constant accountability throughout the program from our professional staff. We want nothing more than for you to succeed while on this program! Haven’t you heard many a times that “if you don’t have your health you have nothing!” How true that statement is…think of the last time you were sick and how miserable you felt?
