Meal planning/prepping should not be complicated. A little meal planning at the beginning of the week can set you up for success. Come learn how to meal prep nutrient-dense snacks for your busy week. Our nutritionist, Cat, will teach you how to prep/prepare 2 healthy snacks and discuss easy ways to make healthy eating part of your everyday life. Lunch will be included in the workshop!
