Your personal trainers are degreed, certified, experienced, and passionate. We’ll motivate you to get in the best shape of your life no matter what your workout environment or current physical condition! We work with all types of individuals: men, women, adolescent, elderly, children, and athletes. We are also well versed in working with several different physical limitations and medical conditions such as: diabetes, cancer, multiple sclerosis, post-menopausal women, pregnant, postpartum, arthritis, different joint replacements, back conditions, shoulder injuries, muscular dystrophy, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, brain injuries, spinal injuries, disabled, bariatrics, osteoporosis, etc. Our mission is to provide the motivation, expertise, compassion, and science for people to reach superior health and make the positive change to feel better, look better, and live longer through fitness!

Our studio is modern, fun and comfortable. You’ll never feel intimidated and all of our staff and clients encourage one another to meet and surpass their health and fitness goals! We’ll keep you inspired and each work out will be unique and interesting.

Kimberly Black joined JKFITNESS in 2016 and she has a big passion for yoga, meditation and mind/body wellness. Kim has developed her yoga practice and teachings over the past several years and many people seek to get on her schedule for individualized yoga sessions. She has completed her 500 hour Yoga Teacher certification and is a yoga continuing education provider. Individualized yoga sessions can offer targeted techniques to focus on your needs. Yoga offers numerous benefits such as improved strength, flexibility, balance, more peace, less stress, and sound mind/body awareness just to name a few.
