This program is individualized to meet your needs. We suggest you combine this program with our Resting Metabolic Rate assessment so that we can determine exactly how many calories your body burns at rest. Once we know that number, we’ll create a nutrition program that will meet your goals (i.e. weight loss, change body composition, build muscle mass, maintain weight, etc.). We simply need a list of foods you will not eat, your resting metabolic rate test results, and then we’ll outline several sample meal options for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with several snack choices. Before you know it you’ll be at your ideal body weight!
