AI Chat Receptionist – SMS Consent
If you interact with our AI Chat Receptionist on our website, the system may ask for your express written consent before sending SMS messages. Specifically, the AI will ask:

If express written consent has not previously been collected for your phone number, a single initial SMS may be sent stating: “JKFITNESS LLC would like to send you text messages at this number. Web Form Consent
When you provide your phone number on any form on our website (e.g., Contact Us), you will be presented with a clearly visible, unchecked checkbox with the following language: “I agree to receive automated messages from JKFITNESS LLC. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out.” You must actively check this box to provide consent. The box is unchecked by default. Your consent status and phone number are recorded at the time of form submission.
