Ione has been working out at JKFITNESS since 2021. Last year, she was diagnosed with cancer and given 4-5 months to live. A year and a half later despite this news, Ione has stayed consistent with her exercise. She has been dedicated to maintaining as much independence as possible by working on fictional movement and balance. She works hard, never gives up, and spreads positivity and hope wherever she goes. Ione loves spending time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include making greeting cards, playing bridge, reading and traveling. Her Yorkie, Ben is a great companion. She encourages everyone to live their life one day at a time. Ione is as Rock Solid as they come!
