Joel has been a motivated client of JKFITNESS since June of 2014. He came to JKFITNESS with the goal of running a full marathon, increasing core strength to help resolve his back pain/spasms, tone up, lose weight and ultimately maintain that weight. Since January of 2015, Joel has completed 6 half marathons with his personal record being 1 hr and 39 minutes (averaging ~ 7:30 min/mile pace) and he completed one full marathon in 3 hrs and 40 minutes (averaging ~ 8:20 min/mile pace). Joel scored a 51.2 ml/O2/kg VO2 score which places him in superior cardiovascular shape. He also lost 8lbs within the first 2 months of working with JKFITNESS, thus achieving his goal weight and has since maintained this weight to date. Joel has changed his body composition and dropped several inches in addition to defining his muscle tone. Additionally, he has completely resolved his back pain through being compliant with his monthly exercise prescription from JKFITNESS.
