Before Pamela Bienek-Harling came to JKFITNESS, she subscribed to fad diets and weight loss gimmicks that were impossible to sustain. From weighing 298lbs at her heaviest, she claimed she’d never really been taught the principles of nutrition while incorporating healthier lifestyle choices until she met Julia Karlstad. In August of 2016, Julia introduced her to one of JKFITNESS’ signature wellness programs, Power 30. Over the past two years, Pamela lost a total of 138lbs (79 lbs lost since coming to JKFITNESS), increased her fitness level in her VO2 Max of 26.9 (fair fitness) to 28.9 (good fitness), and lost ~ 50 total inches in her waist, hips, chest, arms, and legs combined. Pamela credits Power 30 along with Julia’s bi-weekly accountability and a structured exercise program to her success. As the Vice President of Payment Operations at Security Service Federal Credit Union, Pamela finds regular exercise and healthy clean eating to be her go to for stress management and healthy living. She has proven she’s Rock Solid and walks the talk of health and fitness.
