Shannon started training in February of 2013 and became strong mentally and physically by transforming her body with exercise. In July of 2013, Shannon decided to take her fitness to the next level by following our nutrient-dense Power 30 Wellness Program. Since then, she has lost 56 lbs, 25 inches and currently maintains 20% body fat!
Shannon trains at JKFITNESS twice per week, at home once per week and is training to compete in her first 5K race! She is Rock Solid by encouraging everyone through her dedication and spirit. Shannon is a walking testament of wellness as she’s made nutrition and fitness a lifestyle.
