Sharon CollinsIn less than a year, Sharon has lost a total of 115lbs and 39.75 inches; she’s com-pletely transformed her health! Sharon lowered her blood pressure by 60 points, decreased her resting heart rate by 37 bpm, increased her VO2 Max from the “very poor” category to the “good” category and has improved her muscular strength and balance dramatically! Despite the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, she’s healthier now than she was before she was diagnosed. Sharon portrays a positive “CAN DO” attitude and maintains her fitness by exercising 4-5 x a week and constantly walks the talk of a healthy lifestyle.
