So you’re a busy executive traveling every week for business meetings, or a parent who is always on the run with your kids ore maybe you’re taking a trip with your family for spring break. Don’t let your busy life cause you to be inactive. Yes, you’re busy, but you can still carve out a few minutes each day to workout. Especially considering that all you need is your own body to perform a total body workout. This means you can workout anywhere at anytime.

Try this combination of exercises for a total body workout you can do no matter where your busy life may lead you:

Warm up by marching or running in place for 2 minutes, then perform the following exercises for 30 seconds each.

Glute bridge
Front plank
Superman
Push-up (full or modified on your knees)
Bodyweight squat
Side plank (30 seconds on each side)
Crab crawl
Single leg toe touch (30 seconds on each side)

* Perform for a total of 3-5 rounds based on your available time and energy level.
