If You Have Time To Workout, You Have Time To Stretch

Stretching is often overlooked as a valuable component to any fitness program. Stretching can help combat pain, fatigue, poor posture, and improve strength and overall fitness.

If you have time to exercise then you have time to stretch! After your workout when your muscles are warmed up is the best time to stretch, the muscle tissue is more pliable and can be stretched easier. Try budgeting at least 5 minutes after you’re finished working out to stretch your muscles. Key muscles to stretch after every workout are your hips, hamstrings, chest, back, and any other muscles that you worked during your workout.
