• Choose red cabbage because it’s best for additional anthoxanthins

• An abundant source of vitamin C, more than oranges
• Richer in vitamin C than oranges
• Vitamin C, as one of the best antioxidants, reduces free radicals in your body that are the fundamental causes of premature aging
• Helps in repairing the wear and tear of the body through the course of life
• Helpful in treating ulcers
• It has been reported it is helpful in treating certain cancers
• Can be good for treating depression
• Boosts immune system
• Defends against coughs and colds
• Speeds up the healing process for wounds and damaged tissues
• Regulates the proper functioning of the nervous system
• Some studies have shown it reduces the effects and presence of Alzheimer’s disease and other degenerative diseases

Quick & Easy cabbage soup recipe:

You’ll need to combine tomatoes, onion, green, red, yellow, and orange peppers, and fresh garlic. Then let it cook for about 30 to 40 minutes on medium. Enjoy!
